We offer care services that are based on the child’s individual needs, whether through skilled nursing or personal care. Our GAPP exchange provides a unique opportunity for high school students in the United States and secondary schools to apply for GAPP and gain valuable experience while supporting medically fragile children.
Our services are approved based on eligibility requirements, and families who are eligible for Medicaid can apply for GAPP at any time. We also serve children whose needs are covered by the German American Partnership Program (GAPP), and we offer services to medically fragile children in both the U.S. and abroad, including schools in Germany.
