Our Relationship with the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP)

At Myland Homecare, our commitment to pediatric excellence extends beyond conventional boundaries, embracing a holistic approach that encompasses medical oversight, behavioral support, and personalized care planning. Through GAPP, we offer a wide range of services, including monitoring and supervising care, reviewing referrals, developing care plans, and providing ongoing assessments and support. Our team works tirelessly to ensure that every child receives the highest standard of care, empowering them to thrive in a nurturing and supportive environment.

With Myland Homecare and the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP) by your side, you can rest assured that your child’s health and happiness are in capable and caring hands. We offer care services that are based on the child’s individual needs, whether through skilled nursing or personal care. Our GAPP exchange provides a unique opportunity for high school students in the United States and secondary schools to apply for GAPP and gain valuable experience while supporting medically fragile children.

Our services are approved based on eligibility requirements, and families who are eligible for Medicaid can apply for GAPP at any time. We also serve children whose needs are covered by the German American Partnership Program (GAPP), and we offer services to medically fragile children in both the U.S. and abroad, including schools in Germany. Whether you’re in need of personal care or medical support, Myland Homecare is committed to meeting the medical needs of families while providing a high level of care.
