  4. Comprehensive Training and Ongoing Support: At Myland Homecare, we prioritize the training and development of our Virtual Activity Companions. Upon hire, companions receive up to 20 hours of comprehensive training, covering topics such as client engagement techniques, virtual platform proficiency, and safety protocols. Additionally, they participate in ongoing in-services and training to stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in virtual care.
